Kathleen Finley began her Law Enforcement career with the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office in 2008. She has served as the Programs & Re-Entry Coordinator, Logistics Lieutenant and her current position as the Director of Logistics. In addition to her regular duty assignment, she is the Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator for Lubbock County and serves as a Squad Leader on the Honor Guard. She served in the United States Army Reserves and came to the Sheriff’s Office with a background in Emergency Management and Homeland Security. In 2008, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Leo University with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Critical Incident Management. She is a member of the Texas Jail Association, the American Jail Association and the Texas Corrections Association. In March 2011, she graduated from the National Jail Leadership Command Academy.
